Specific deliverables, timelines, and any fees for ongoing services (such as monthly SEO packages) are agreed upon directly with each client before work begins.
Our free website design offer includes design and build of a professional website at no upfront cost, plus one month of free hosting. After the free hosting period, continued hosting is available at a standard rate disclosed to you before it applies. There is no obligation to continue service after the free period.
You own 100% of the website, domain, and content we build for you. We do not retain ownership rights to completed client websites.
To deliver your project on schedule, we rely on timely feedback, content, and access (such as domain or hosting credentials) from you. Delays in providing these may affect project timelines.
Digital Media USA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, to the extent permitted by law. Results from SEO and digital marketing services can vary and are not guaranteed.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos (excluding completed client deliverables, which belong to the client per Section 3), is the property of Digital Media USA and may not be reproduced without permission.
